Free subways, less traffic
Gothamist reported today that Ted Kheel, the renowned lawyer and labor negotiator, will be releasing a study later this month that purports to show that subways and buses in New York City can be made free, and traffic reduced by 30%, by increasing the proposed congestion fees. http://gothamist.com/2008/01/07/ted_kheel.php
